Neither ovary is visualized as discrete structure. Therefore, cannot make comment about the ovaries.

Hello

Major findings related to your pelvic ultrasound is heterogeneous echo texture of endometrium. It is important to know your age and symptoms. This is important for further management. You may need biopsy of endometrium.Treatment depend upon findings.

Other findings are normal.Uterus is normal in size and echotexture.
Non visualization of ovaries many be due to many reasons like excessive bowel gas, obesity etc.
There is no free fluid. This is a normal finding.

Get well soon.
Take Care

Radiologist Dr. Payal M's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM.
The report findings show normal sized uterus, with no mass lesion in its wall.
The endometrial thickness varies with the phases of the menstrual cycle.
With a thickness of 11mm, I would worry if you are post-menopausal/bleeding/on hormonal medication.
Hence kindly consult with your doctor on this with more details, as it is not possible to confirm if this is abnormal based only on this report.
A biopsy is done if there is a doubt of disease.
Ovaries are not seen, this maybe due to high placed ovaries or atrophic ovaries(if post-menopausal).
No note is made about any pelvic mass.

Overall, the report is ok, but discuss the endometrial findings with your doctor, as a medical history is important for further management.
Hope this is helpful.
Take care.
