What Could Testicle Tilting To Horizontal Position After An Injury Indicate?

Hi I'm 17 years old. About a year ago my testicles were hurt by a brunt(I had a fight). I visited an ultrasound doctor. The doctor said your testicles are normal. but when I strain or force, my left testicle becomes horizontal and stays in this status.I make it vertical with my hand. In addition I don't have any pain. What is my problem? Is it dangerous?

Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcoe to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can assure you, there's nothing to worry about.
The scan has confirmed both testis are normal.
After exerting force or straining, the muscle in the scrotal sac, pulls up the testis, and then your left testis is remaining in a higher position.
But if there's no pain, there's nothing to worry about.
Even without your manipulation,as the scrotal skin becomes lax, it will return to it's original position. If you've any doubt, you can contact me, with a direct question.
Dr.Matthew J. Mangat.
