General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is possible that the swelling and pain in your thigh and the numbness and tingling in your arm may be related to several different conditions, including nerve or muscle damage, infection, or an underlying medical disease such as multiple sclerosis.

The symptoms you describe, including lightheadedness and vomiting, may indicate a severe medical issue, and it is recommended that you follow up with a healthcare provider for a proper evaluation and diagnosis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
