What Could Sudden Headache, Vomiting And Breathing Problems Indicate?

I was totally fine and no where near sick on Saturday but then on Sunday, like mid-day, I suddenly got sick, with headaches, cough which sometimes leads to breathing problems and I also vomited at 1AM. Today is Monday and I m still sick but my headache is gone but my coughing is the only thing that s left.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to an upper respiratory tract infection. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation. I also suggest using a mucolytic such as Mucinex to relieve the cough. I recommend to drink liquids and rest. If the symptoms continue, you should do a chest X-ray for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
