What Could Sudden Elevation In Heart Rate, Dizziness And Breathlessness Indicate?

Hello. Every single time I get up from sitting my heart rate goes to 140 or above and I get real dizzy and out of breath and head pounds. In 2013 I was 115 for my 5 6 and now I am 89. Always hungry and eating. Hyperthoidism? I have a lot of same symptoms I noticed.
