What Could Sharp Abdominal Pain In Elderly Woman Suggest?

Female, 61 years old. Experiencing sharp abdominal pain followed almost simultaneously with severe head pain (in back of head). Emergency room visit three days ago with EKG, Blood work, extensive ultrasound all showed no abnormalities. ER Doc thought perhaps gall stones initially, however, ultrasound did not reveal any stones. Any ideas?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is nothing comes out in imaging study then this is nothing to worry and such pain could be due to some functional condition but in my opinion it can be well treated with "Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
