Hi, about 3 days ago I woke up with horrible lower back pain and I was 100% exhausted all day. I went to sleep and the next day my back didnt hurt as bad but both of my hands and feet were swollen. The swelling got worse throughout the day and I was very tired again. This morning my feet and hands are still swollen but not as bad yet. Also I vomited once on the 1st day this began and again the following morning. What could this be?
