1.All the findings suggest degenerative changes in the bones and discs.
2.Sclerosis of the articular joints are seen due to excessive usage / hard working nature, age related changes.
3.Reduction of the intervertebral disc space is seen in case of degenerative disc disease.
4.Straightenig of the spine - loss of normal curvature of the spine due to reactionary stiffness in the muscle.
5.Marginal osteophytes are bony outgrowth - degenerative changes in the bones.
6.An MRI will give better picture, exercise and positional care will help in treating the symptoms.
