What Could Ringing Of Ears, Cranial Pressure Following A Flu Infection Indicate?

My ears have been ringing constantly for the last five weeks since I had a terrible flu. I have fluid behind my ear drums and its causing me fatigue, head fog and feeling dizzy. Today I felt the fingers of one of my hands going numb. What's wrong with me? I have also been feeling head pressure as well.
