What Could Recurring Itchy, Sore, Painful Lump On Labia Majora Before Periods Indicate?

I have a monthly pimple on my labia majora that starts out small and itchy, then grows into a somewhat bigger lump that starts to becomes kinda sore. Then it changes into something like a red abrasion like sore that burns terribly when I pee. It still itches a little as well. What s weird is that it shows up in the same area every month right before my cycle. Another thing is that I don t have a period anymore; just the symptoms. Is this all related? I m only 46 years old. Maybe I m menopausal.

it can be caused by menopausal hormonal imbalance which may have lead to dryness of labia.. which on irritation by some local factors may have lead to lump plus itching as contributing and may also causative and aggravating factor..
you should refer yourself to Gynecologist and endocrinologist
take
Tab.Avil and Tab.Dexona
avoid sexual intercourse till visit of Gynecologist so that irritation will not occur
Tab.Norflox and syrup cital
lignocaine jelly for local application
thank you
