What Could Recurring Blister Around Penile Shaft Indicate?

hi I have small painless blister near to shaft of the penis on the under surface near the attachment of skin. I show in the morning and after washing with water it gone. But next morning again I found same blister and again I washed with water and it gone. I am just wondering what is this ?

Hi there.

It could be build up of smegma or even STD infection. I advise you to avoid unprotected sexual intercourse and get yourself tested for STD. Keep the penis clean with warm clean water regularly. Drink plenty of water to avoid urinary infections.
