What Could Pus Oozing, Painful Black Hole At The Bottom Of Back Indicate?
I seem to have a hole at the bottom of my back, close to my bottom. Its small but black and I m sure its a hole, I get a large amount of puss come from it ever week, I constantly have a build up of puss inside and I can feel it and it hurts to sit. What is it?

Hello welcome to HCM. The history of the site description is incomplete, whether near to spine or near to anus. With your given history i think it is a infected sinus. Sinus is a pasage with one side blind end . You need to take antibiotics and the wound has to be cleaned for fast recovery. Please take an apointment with the surgeon and get treatement. Take care.
