General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
About 25% of pregnant women experience slight bleeding during their first trimester. Pink or blood stain or spotting during pregnancy needs care and attention.
If you have significant bleeding, cramping, or sharp pain in your abdomen, it could indicate miscarriage or first trimester abortion. Hence, you need to be careful and seek medical help immediately.
Kindly get a scan done to note the status of pregnancy and visit Gynecologist for proper evaluation and management.
In the meantime, avoid physical exhaustion and take adequate rest.
Wish you all the best.
