Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.
Is there any swelling? any redness? have you suffered from it before ? any history of trauma to the knee?
these all queries need to be answered before a reasoned conclusion can be drawn. in my opinion you should take rest and if there is no swelling and redness then use only ACETAMINPOPHEN to relieve pain.
If probelm persists then meet orthopedic surgeon. You may need to get an x ray of the affected joint.
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
Get well soon
Hope your query is adequaately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan
