What Could Painful Spasms Under The Rib Cage Indicate?
Hello I have just had a spasm of pain lasting for approx. 20 minutes at the top of my stomach and below the centre of my rib cage and running both left and right below my ribs. My gall bladder was removed some 7 or 8 years ago. Regards Peter. Thank you

The symptoms can be related to a pulled muscle. I suggest using a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day. I also suggest using magnesium supplement and war. compresses at the painful area.
