What Could Painful Hips/back Suggest?

I fell 2 days ago onto my back but an object was under my right back/hip. Initially I couldn t walk but I can now with extreme pain. I have had two xrays which show no fracture. But is this amount of pain normal? Could there still be a fracture that is not showing up on the xrays?

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Thank you for posting your query at healthcaremagic.com

Please use ice pack with rest, will help you in reducing your pain. Covet the ice pack with cotton cloth and apply multiple times in a day for not more than 5 min at once. Please do not allow the part to become numb.

Once the pain comes down start with some streching and strengthening exercises.. If the pain is not coming down consult a orthopedic doctors and get an MRI done..

Please write to me if your need exercises for your back/ hip with intesity of pain level on 0-10 scale.

Best wishes
