What Could Numb Cheek, Swollen Lip, White Pimple Like Spots On Inner Lining On Mouth Indicate?

Earlier today my cheek became numb and then my lip became swollen and has been swollen sence.on the inner lineing of my mouth on the upper left part or my lip, i also see white spots that look like small pimples,however they are just on the skin.so no bumpy buldge. Please help

Are these lesions painful. Ftom the brief history, looks like you could be having an episode of herpes labialis. Is this the 1st time u are getting such spots? If its ur 1st episide you can take acyclovir 200 mg five times a day.
