What Could Multiple Pin Pricks In Chest With Gas Indicate?

I was just sitting here studying organic chemistry. I felt this little sharp prick of a pain in the left side of the chest. It did it three or four times. I was wondering what it was. I am currently on my cyle and have passed a lot of gas in the past couple of hours. Should I be concerned. This has happened before.

By your history and description, possibility of stress related symptoms are more.
During menstrual cycle, stress and anxiety are likely.
And these cause gastritis.
Gastritis is likely cause for pricking sharp pain and gas.
So better to avoid stress and tension during your cycle.
Take proton pump inhibitors. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
