What Could Lumps On Rectum And Groin Suggest?

Hello,I am a 41 yr old male and I have a large lump between rectum and groin. It appeared 2 days ago and is now extremely tender and the lump is moving down to my scrotum. I am trying prep h but it is steadily getting worse. I have trouble sitting, bending, etc

Hi. It would most likely be a an abscess or collection of pus - infected. I suggest you see a Surgeon soon to get it evacuated and start a course of antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medicines. The medicines should be continued for at least a week to avoid a recurrence of the infection. So please see a Doctor preferably a Surgeon at the earliest.
