What Could Lack Of Sleep With Restlessness Post Pregnancy Suggest?

HiI had a baby 8 months ago who has been sleeping throu since he was 14 weeks. However i have restless nights sleep hot sweats and my legs turn to jelly sometimes. I am also crying at the smallest things. Can you advise me on what it could be. I am on the depo injection aswell

You have symptoms of restlessness, disturbed sleep, crying at small issues. These are occuring after your delivery.

The most probable reason would be that you are having post partum depression.

I suggest you to visit a psychiatrist for evaluation of this problem. You would require anti-depressants like sertraline (drug of choice in post partum depression).

Please take care to keep a difference of atleast one hour in takibg your medicines and breast-feedibg your baby.
