Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your health issues submitted.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.
You seem to have- TOS with V-meaning Thorasic Outlet Syndrome with Venous Compression 0f Subclavian Vein -in Scalene triangle or in Axillary Vein.
I would suggest physical examination from surgeon / orthopedist / Chest Surgeon and confirmation with USG of these veins and Color dopler study of these veins.
Also the increase in pain at that site-goes in favour of Right Epidydimal Varicocele .
Other causes like -Venous thrombophlebitis of Axillary Vein-needs to be verified and ruled out.
Cause of the knots is the sites of the Venous Valves at distance of 2-3 cm interval with coloumns of obstructed venous blood in it.
This is because these knots appear only with pressure/ stress applicatoin in the forearm.
Because of the above reasons, this complaint is worrisome and needs immediate investigation as suggested above.
Other causes need to be ruled out.For this to verify Second opinion from Urologist/ Surgeon - would be needed.

Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.

Nothing to worry.Knotting of veins is usual . These veins become prominent during stress, exercise or proximal application of pressure.During these conditions veins dilate so pooling of blood, so more prominence of veins.
