What Could RA With Veins On Forearm Elbow Suggest?

I have RheumatoidArthritis. My wrist has been aching all day and I d normally not be worried however I just noticed the veins in my forearm elbow area and my shoulder and into my chest are quite visible but they re not on my right side at all. Should I be concerned?

RA involves cardiac ,which can give to prominence of vein.
Another possibility of vascular occlusion leading to venous prominence.
Investigation like HRCT may help.
