What Could Itchy, White Lesions On Labia Minora Indicate?

22 y.o female. Never involved in any sexual acts. 3 days ago i noticed bumps (reds) on labia minora. Doctor said that s was a lesion on right n left side. He gave me neomycin ointment. After i put it. The lesions turning white.(its like a layer).itchy n stingy now. What sign was that? Dangerous? And what cause that happen? Im really shocking and feel insecure. Pls answer. Thanks.

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some irritation on the part due to poor local hygiene producing soreness and itching.
Apply triple action cream locally.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy particularly during period.
Ok and take care.
