i had anal sex wiv my gf and as i pushed it in after a couple of minutes it felt like i caught something on the inside and a few hours later i realised she had a grape size lump coming out...... she is a bit worried as this has never happened before now

It seems like anal polyp. Please visit a surgeon and get a proctoscopy done. If its an anal polyp. Polypectomh and biopsy is advised.
