What Could Increasing Veins In Testicles Indicate?

I have a question on a varicocele. I had the surgery back when I was in high school because it was causing my left testicle to not grow. I am now 23 and I have noticed lately that it seems the amount of veins within my left testicle seem to have increased. Is this normal or should I be alarmed and see a doctor?

Hi.
Since you have already had surgery related to the left testicle in childhood and now have veins in the left side of the scrotum.
This needs attention as this can reduce the sperm count drastically.
I would advise you the following:
Get an ultrasonography and color doppler of the scrotum.
Consult an Urologist.
Semen analysis is a must before surgery
Get operated if indicated.
I find this answer helpful
