If he is having colic type of pain regularily try to decrease spice in your diet if you are breastfeeding and you can give simethicone containing drops to settle them. If they cannot be consoled by you and he is crying persistantly kindly get him checked to rule out any ear or urinary infection. For his reflux you can try simple measures like feeding in upright position, burping after every feed and keeping head end elevated by atleast 30 deg during sleep.
