What Could Hardened Vein While Flexing The Muscle On Arm Indicate?
I was sitting around earlier tonight and then I felt a lump on my arm which hurts when I touch it. It seems to feel like a vein or something and gets hard when I flex my muscle it s on my upper arm and my lower arm has been hurting a bit. What could it be?

It could be some bacterial infection or lymphangitis or some growth. I suggest you investigate with local part ultrasound for primary work up.
