Hello, This just started today but, I have been having problem peeing. I have to pee frequently, not a lot comes out. Am I just not drinking enough water? I have no pain. I have an urge to pee all te time. After I go, I have to go again. -Thank you.:)
Hello Thanks for your query. Frequency and urge to pass urine are indications of UTI and has to be confirmed by doing routine urine test and urine culture .
This will help to trace out organisms causing infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
In the meanwhile start taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin and urinary antispasmodic like Flavoxate twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
