What Could Drugs Passing In Stools Suggest?

I am 41 years old weight 74 kg, height 5.5 feet, I was diagnosed for DM 4 years back and have been taking Glizid MR 30 and Glycomet 1mg morning and evening regularly, offlate (for a week) , I see Glycomet passing in the stools.. is it something to worry about

Nothing at all . Some drugs are prepared with a sustained release coating so after release of the drug some patients do excrete the coating which resembles and feels like the whole tablet. I have many patients with the same kind of apprehension. If you want to be very safe you can change over to other standard brands like cetapin xr 1gm / Gluconorm.
