What Could Continued Cough, Heavy And Painful Chin While Swallowing, Sore Head With Spots On Tongue Indicate?

hi dr samsuel i am just wondering if you can help ive been having this cough for 4 days now but under my chin feels dead heavy and painful when i sallow and my head is really sore and i also have low immue system which means im easley to catch infections.. i noticed as well i have spots on my tounge what could this be

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The pain in the chin and cough can be because of the respiratory tract infection. For discomfort and soreness in the throat you can take antibiotics preferably Azithromycin or Ampoxin after an expert opinion.
For dry cough you can take syrup tusQ-dx or syrup grilinctus every 8-12 hours. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation to reduce the congestion and soreness of your throat.
