Hi, thank you for posting your query on health care magic.

Looking at your symptoms, you might be suffering from chronic sinusitis which might be due to Deviated nasal septum,Nasal polyps or turbinate hypertrophy in the nose(Turbinates are bony shells covered by mucosa inside nose.Mucosa may get hypertrophied in response to allergy or infection).

You might get relief by taking Oral Decongestant (like containing Phenylephrine (,Nasal Decongestant drops (like containing Oxymetazoline), Analgesic (like containing Ibuprofen), Antacid (like Rantac), Antihistaminic (like Cetrizine), Mucolytic (like Ambroxol) and Saline nasal Spray.

Make a list of factors which trigger your symptoms like environmental, dust, certain foods.Try to avoid those trigger factors.

Avoid cold, oily and very sweet food as they increase mucus production.Drink lots of fluids (Warm).Hot tea with honey, ginger and lemon might also give you relief.Avoid smoke, dust and other pollutants.

If after following the above measures,if still your symptoms are not improving, then it would be advisable to consult an Otolaryngologist Doctor.He/She will diagnose your condition by doing nasal endoscopy and CT scan if required and treat accordingly.

Hope this answers your question.Get well soon.
