Looking at your symptoms,you might be suffering from
chronic sinusitis which might be due to Deviated
nasal septum,Nasal polyps or turbinate hypertrophy in the nose(Turbinates are bony shells covered by mucosa inside nose.Mucosa may get hypertrophied in response to allergy or infection).
You might get relief by taking Oral Decongestant (like containing
Phenylephrine (,Nasal Decongestant drops (like containing
Oxymetazoline), Analgesic (like containing Ibuprofen), Antacid (like Rantac), Antihistaminic (like Cetrizine), Mucolytic (like Ambroxol) and Saline
nasal Spray.
Make a list of factors which trigger your symptoms like environmental,dust, certain foods.Try to avoid those trigger factors.
Avoid cold,oily and very sweet food as they increase mucus production.Drink lots of fluids (Warm).Hot tea with honey, ginger and lemon might also give you relief.Avoid smoke,dust and other pollutants.
