What Could Cause Very Dark Greyish Purple Penis In A Child?

my baby boy is uncircumsized and I went to clean it as I was changing his diaper this morning and he experienced pain. I looked at it and it was a very dark greyish purple. I am going to take him to the doctor in a little bit but I was just seeing if I could find an answer online

I understand your concern and am happy you are taking him to the doctor. is his foreskin retracted around the main part of the penis? If so, the greyish black colour could be due to paraphimosis in which the foreskin wraps tightly around the penis and decreases blood supply. It is imperative that you see a doctor right away so that he may release it.
Hope this helps and he gets better soon! Feel free to clarify any other doubts you may have
