What Could Cause Sharp Back Pain Radiating To Stomach With Severe Bloating While Being On Antibiotics For UTI During Pregnancy?

I'm 21 weeks pregnant just got done taking antibiotics for uti now waitin for urine results .. well today while laying down I experienced a sharp back pain only on my right side now it been a few hours and it feels like it got so much worse to where I'm crying it spreaded toward my belly but severe pain on side toward right inside my back , feeling severely bloated like I'm going to explode or pop

Hello ma'am and welcome.

It would be advisable to visit your doctor for a thorough evaluation but for now please make sure you take plenty of water, eat small meals and more frequently, avoid oily/fried/fatty food, and avoid long gaps between meals. You can take medication like ranitidine about 10 minutes before a meal, it is safe to take during pregnancy.
