What Could Cause Severe Unrest And Partial Lose Of Control In Body When Clinical Reports Are Normal?

I am 4o year male since last 6 month I am feeling tired and uncontrolled over my body my clinical report is almost ok but my BP fluctuate mostly diastolic ie 110/90-100 . my left side feel unrest or uneasy I lose control over my body
what is the causes .

since your age is 40, diastolic around 90 is normal .there could be other cause for your fatigue .please let me know about your old report so that we can zeroed on your cause.
