What Could Cause Severe Headache And Vomiting?

my nice is 17 year old. she is getting vomitting and severe headache since past one year. nothing was diagnosed by general physicians. now she was asked to see neurophysician. kindly suggest what to do and what this could be?

Headache with vomiting which is episodic is due to migraine. Persistent headache and vomiting may be due to chronic infection or tumor. Evaluation and examination by by a neurologist is required. Brain imaging may also be required.
