What Could Cause Recurring Fatigue, Cold And Sore Tummy In A Child?
My 3 1/2 year old son has been complaining sporadically about fatigue through out the day for a few days. today he also complained about being cold and sore tummy. tonight, he woken up twice screaming and saying things that don t make since. what should i do?

Hi.... by what you say I feel that he is having a disturbed sleep because of worm infestation and he might also be having some nightmares.
I suggest you de-worm him once by giving Albendazole 400 MG one dose today and another after 10 days, if this is an over the counter prescription in your country.
