What Could Cause Pressure While Urination?

I have pressure when urinating I have to urinate about every 10 minutes. I'm not drinking anything in excess and it's not a small amount of urine. I used an AZO test strip for UTIs it came back positive for leukocytes negative for nitrates. What might I have?

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query .
You have not mentioned your age ,gender in your query .
The pressure while passing and frequency is likely to be due to Stricture Urethra and needs to be confirmed by radiological test called Retrograde Cysto Urethrogram (RGU)

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) RGU

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
