Hi, I had gone through your query and understand your concerns.
The pain during urination is a typical sign of
Urinary Tract Infection. The other associated symptoms you might be having are slight
fever, occasional shivering and pain in your lower abdomen; but it depends on the amount of infection you are having.
If it’s a mild one, you may feel only the pain during urination.
Another disease that can have similar pain is a
urinary stone, which usually shed some blood cells in your urine which can be detected in urine test followed by an
Ultrasound Scan.So the ideal way to treat you is by doing a urine test and to confirm that it is an infection and not a urinary stone.
If you are not willing for the test, then you can have
Norfloxacin 400mg Capsules in the morning and evening for 5 days.
Drink a lot of fluids, atleast 8 glasses a day.
You can also take 1 spoon of Citralka syrup, diluted in 1 glass of water which helps in alkalinizing the urine and helps in reducing the pain and also
aids in quicker bacterial clearance.
Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
