What Could Cause Painless Red Bumps At The Back Of The Tongue And A Sensation Of Something Stuck In The Throat?

Painless red bumps at the back of my tongue for almost two months now and sometimes it hurts my jaw line and ear but I don t know if that problem is from using headphones. I also have feeling of something stuck in my throat usually on one side of my throat
