What Could Cause Pain In The Legs After Sitting For A Long Time In An 84-year-old?

Hello, I am a male, 84 year and fairly active. In the past year, my legs seem to be developing a problem. If I sit for long (2 hours) or stand in place for long, I become very unstable on my legs. they just do not move as they should. The pain in my legs and lower torso is fairly severe but not unbearable. My doctor tells me to exercise, but it takes all my energy. Do you have any thoughts of how to improve the condition?

Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that You should take vitamin D3 sachet 50k units per week along with shelcal tab. Physiotherapy, thermal massage will also aid in improvement.

Etoricoxib combined with vit D3 once a day will help to restrict the pain and improve any arthritic condition if you have. Have an X-ray done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
