General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The pain and pressure with blood in urine indicate underlying cystitis
due to urinary tract infection most likely.

The pain during intercourse can be related to UTI or underlying pelvic inflammatory condition, which should be ruled out with physical examination and supportive lab tests with the ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
