Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Anyway, I would recommend performing a brain MRI in order to exclude any possible brainstem stroke.

In the meantime, I would recommend taking regularly an antiemetic (domperidone, metoclopramide) and PPI (omeprazole, pantoprazole).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
