Hi,

Nasal bleeding and black stool with occasional constipation are suggestive of possible gastrointestinal bleeding. Should run fecal occult blood test. Dizzy/light headed faintness are due to low blood pressure (BP) most probably due to anemia-induced by bleeding.

Should run complete blood count to rule out anemia. Colonoscopy and abdominal ultrasound should be run to determine the right diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
