What Could Cause Lighter Periods?

I normally have heavy flow with bad cramps and pre and post menstral headaches. This time have the cramps and the headaches but my flow is very light. As in very light. What can cause this? Bear in mind iv had sex once before. My boyfriend wore a condom and we didn t even finish. Cos i wanted to stop. And that was 2 months ago. N my period has come since then. But this month i am experiencing the latter problem (i.e light period etc)

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Based on the information provided in the query, there is a low probability of pregnancy.
Other possible conditions of light periods can be a lack of ovulation or stress.
In case that the symptoms continue you should do an ultrasound for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
