What Could Cause Light Yellowish Mix Lump In Lacrimal Caruncle?

Okay so I was looking at my eye where the lacrimal caruncle is. The pink corner of eye close to the nose. There was a spot where it looks like when the goop of your eye is but this time it was coming out of the middle of it. Like when you have a blackhead and squish it out. Color is a light yellow whitish mix. I thought it was eye goop stuck there but when it used some tweezers I felt pain. So its definably part of my body. I have no swelling, it isn't bothering me. (It wasn't inflamed but did so after I touched it. So my own fault not part of the symptoms) I've looks to try and see other pictures on this to see if perhaps it would match to anything. But nothing seemed to match. It feels much like a tear, mixed with a zit sort of look and feel. I don't know what it is.
