What Could Cause Hunger Pain?

Hi Sir...

I am having the constant hunger type of pain for last three days and mostly i woke up in morning out of my sound sleep and feel a lot of hunger pain, though i had enough food at night before sleep ..
I think i am killing myself with these pains
Please suggest

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the hunger pain if this is sever one and makes you cry and it could be colicky pain and it need to be ruled for renal colic so better to get done the x-ray abdomen and urine test because it could be urinary track infection, till then you can try Tab Dicyclomine as per needed hope this information helps.
