What Could Cause Headaches, Speech Impairments, Poor Vision And Loss Of Balance?
over a few months my vocabulary and speaking ability has gotten worse i use to speak really well but now i get lost with what im saying and forget words i should know how to say and or write. my balance has also getten worse for the months. my eye sight is being poor and i continusly get headackes

We have to rule out possible causes like TIA (transient ischemic attack) and inner ear related problems.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
