What Could Cause Frequent Fever And Loose Motions In An Infant?

My 1 year baba has fever 101.ya 100 ( since 15 days ) and loose motion since m... ( day to night 12 to 15 times). This is 2nd time its happening to him. Why is he having this please advise..treatment continue .we are use low oso molar antibiotic syp and injection but result zero kindly advise .

Hi,
One year old toddler having 12 -to 15 times motions in a day with fever- since 15 days needs immediate consultation of a children specialist,for-
- fluid replacement if indicated
- culture & sensitivity test of stools for exact diagnosis & addition of proper antibiotic to treatment plan.
- if the baby is breast fed- that should be continued. if not diluted milk as per doctor's advice to be given .
-after recovery, lactobassillus preparation is given to regularize intestinal flora.
Many a times teething is the cause of repeated infection. So it's advised to offer boiled objects to baby for satisfying his natural instinct of biting.
Biochemical medicines show good results on teething problems.
