What Could Cause Fatigue, Dizziness And Confusion?
Hi, I’m 50 years old female feeling fatigue, dizzy and imbalance my blood pressure is 104/71 heartbeat 84 I’ve had it all day and confused what the possibilities could be? I have hypothyroidism and menopause had hysterectomy 5 years ago . Not sure if I should see a walk in clinic tonight?

Dear acute confusion may be due to hypotension with giddiness or BPPV or acute viral fever or electrolyte imbalance or Myxedema etc.
