What Could Cause Fatigue And Sleepy?

I am 30 years old.I am taking Paxidep 25mg per day.But now with this yesterday i took sizoden .25mg half tab at night.But I am feeling very tierd and sleepy.I am sleeping for 20 hrs.Can i continue this tab or not.because with paxidep itself i am feeling ok.Please any answer me.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you was using paxidep25 , and your doctor added sizoden.25 and slept through out the day.
Usually after few days, you may become adjusted to the dose, for few days you take the tablets early in the evening after taking some snacks.
If after 1 week if you feel same you can stop the sizoden with your doctors advise.
